The Copley Veteran's Post building is available for rent for various private or public functions. A signed contract is required with a $250 (two hundred fifty) security deposit. The hall rents for $250 (two hundred fifty) per day.

The Copley Veteran's Post will accommodate up to 50 people in the main hall and approximately 25 additional people in the entrance room. There is a full kitchen with a commercial six burner stove/oven, two sinks and two refrigerators, one of which is a commercial 2-door stainless model. A microwave and a Bunn commercial coffee maker are also provided.

The building has two heating-air conditioning units, chairs for 60 people, ten folding 10-ft tables, two HD televisions (one 50 inch plasma in main hall and one 32 inch in entrance hall). There is cable service, phone service and wireless internet service in the building. A computer can be connected to the large television. A DVD theater surround system is connected to the large television.

Parking is available in front of and on the side of the building, which can accommodate approximately 30 cars. The front door is handicapped accessible; however, the restrooms are not. There is also a covered outdoor patio area. Smoking is not allowed inside the building; however, smoking is allowed under the covered patio area.
